Agreement

Tail.surf is operated by Bandar Systems Inc. By accessing or using tail.surf, you agree to these service terms.

The service

The hosted service is free and has no service-level agreement. We may change limits, features, retention, or availability. We may throttle, suspend, or stop the service to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or acceptable use.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Bandar Systems Inc. permission to host, process, transmit, and delete that content only as needed to provide, secure, and operate tail.surf and comply with law.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and share the content. You are responsible for the content and for the people to whom you provide access links.

Access links

Non-public links are bearer credentials. Anyone with one can use its permissions until it expires or is revoked. You are responsible for protecting the links you create and share.

Retention and deletion

Streams are temporary and append-only. The privacy notice describes current retention periods and deletion behavior.

Acceptable use

You must not use tail.surf to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing material, or stolen credentials.
• Threaten, harass, exploit, or facilitate harm.
• Bypass access controls or service limits.
• Disrupt the service or create excessive automated load.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect the service or others, or comply with law.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use tail.surf.

Copyright complaints

Send copyright infringement notices to dmca@s2.dev. Include the copyrighted work, the stream page URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. We remove or disable access to infringing content when a valid notice reasonably requires it.

In appropriate circumstances we terminate repeat infringers' access by deleting their streams, revoking their links, and blocking their clients.

Disclaimer of warranties

Tail.surf is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandar Systems Inc. disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will remain available for any period.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandar Systems Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from or relating to tail.surf. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to 100 US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those jurisdictions, these sections apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Bandar Systems Inc. against third-party claims arising from your content or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of tail.surf after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
